PROMOSOLV 9000
Is a colorless, low odor fluid dedicated for motion film cleaning applications. It has been developed in cooperation with Media Migration Technology (previously Lipsner Smith Company) and validated to be used in their equipment.
It is a drop-in replacement for trichlorethylene, NPB and other solvents with a high Health, Safety & Environmental impact. While reducing substantially the HSE impact, the cleaning power is at an equivalent level. Besides, it’s a like for like substitute for the phased out Novec 8200 and 7200 as it has the same proportion of components and same properties.
 
PROMOSOLV™ 9000 is formulated with safety in mind, which resulted in a product that is non-flammable and has no flash point.
 
PROMOSOLV™ 9000 is a drop-in and immediate replacement for 3M Novec 8200 & 7200, which is scheduled to be phased out voluntarily by end 2025
